| SERVICE: The Balinese Ballroom can provide your special event with service staff, bartenders, security, as well as a doorman. The number of service staff is dependent upon the event as well as the total number of guests. Our team at the Balinese Ballroom will help you create a truly memorable occasion. GRATUITY: An 18% gratuity will be charged on all food and beverages, excluding tax. OTHER VENDORS: Party planning is available, please ask our staff for details. BALINESE BALLROOM FACTS and QUESTIONS: What time do all events have to conclude? There is a five hour party time for all events and must conclude by 2 a.m. Can I supply catering for my event? Yes, but only Sunday thru Friday. There will be an outside catering fee of $350 applied to your invoice. What is the capacity of the Balinese Ballroom? The total capacity is 485, the upstairs accommodates 260 and downstairs can hold 225. Does the Balinese Ballroom provide floral arrangement and decorations?
