Rental Policies

Inclusions
The room rental comes with tables chairs and linens.  The tables are 60 in. rounds and seat 8-10 guests.
The only color linens we provide are white. Red carpet, a doorman, service staff and security are also benefits of booking with us.
The number of service staff and security is dependent upon the type of event and number of expected guests.
We also have four, six, and eight foot tables for buffet, gift, and/or information tables.

Deposit
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the room.  The amount of the deposit is dependent upon the requested day and month,
and is based on the total amount of your party including room rental plus per person catering, and beverage options.
We advise you to book early to avoid missing out!

Catering
All of our catering options have "per person" costs.  We do not have a "flat rate" catering option.  We do allow substitutions of same
price items on any of our sample menus. We can also create a menu that will fit your budget. When you book with us and select a
catering option, we take you through a food tasting two months before your event to help you determine your final menu. We do not
allow outside catering on Saturdays. No exceptions. You may select an outside caterer for events scheduled on a Sunday-Friday.  
Outside Catering incurs an additional $350 fee.

Final Headcount
We require a confirmed headcount 7 days prior to the event

Specialty
You may rent the entire Balinese Ballroom, which includes both the upstairs and downstairs ballrooms for $2500
Wedding ceremonies which require setup and break down of room to prepare for a reception are $600 extra

Little Extras
Free VIP access to club 152 on Beale Street, when you purchase a full package at the Balinese Ballroom.
Ask about how you can get deals when booking with select downtown hotels for your out-of-town guests.

Gratuity  
An 18% gratuity will be charged on all food and beverages, excluding tax.

Party planning is available, please ask our staff for details.

Decorations & Setup
You have the entire day of your event to come in and decorate. We provide tables, chairs and linens only. Your music/dj/band
selection and sound equipment is up to you.  Any additional decor including table scapes, tablecloths, chair covers, flowers,
centerpieces and or wall decor are also up to you and your decorator/coordinator.  We also kindly ask you to provide your own
photographer, minister, and cake.




FACTS and QUESTIONS:

What time do all events have to conclude?
There is a four hour party time for all events and must conclude by 2 a.m.

Can I supply catering for my event?
Yes, but only Sunday thru Friday.  There will be an outside catering fee of $350 applied to your invoice.

What is the capacity of the Balinese Ballroom?
The total capacity is 485, the upstairs accommodates 260 and downstairs can hold 225.

Does the Balinese Ballroom provide floral arrangement and decorations?
No, we leave the option to the host to provide floral arrangement and decorations.

What about downtown parking?
We offer two parking lots, which are complimentary to your guest, and can accommodate up to 300 people at no
additional charge.
